Refund & Cancellation Policy
Version 0.3 · updated October 23, 2026 · Not in effect: no paid plans yet · All versions
Not in effect. Class Speedrun is free right now and nothing is for sale. This is the policy we plan to use when paid plans open.
The short version
- Passes are final sales. We don't refund a pass because you changed your mind or didn't use it.
- We do refund a double charge, a charge you didn't make, or a pass we couldn't deliver.
- Passes are one payment and don't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.
- A refund never deletes your work.
Asking for a refund
We refund the full amount when you were charged twice for the same pass, when a charge wasn't made by you, or when the app was broken for you in a way we couldn't fix while your pass was on.
Use the Contact page or reply to your receipt, within 60 days of the charge. Tell us which email you paid with and what happened.
You get the full amount back to the card or account you paid with. We start the refund within 5 business days. Banks usually take 5 to 10 more days to show it.
Your work
Your plan goes back to Free. You keep every class you made. You just can't add more than the Free plan allows, and weekly limits go back to the Free numbers.
Renewals and cancelling
Nothing renews today. If we ever sell a plan that renews, you'll see the price, how often it renews and how to cancel before you buy. You'll be able to cancel any time in one click on the web, and we'll email you before every renewal.
Your rights
Other than that, passes are final: we don't refund all or part of a pass you chose not to use, except where the law requires it.
You can always dispute a charge with your bank.
This policy adds to your refund rights under the law where you live. It never limits them.
